On 01.09.2017 a new Public Procurement Act entered into force in Estonia which introduced a Single Procurement Document where the tenderer or applicant certifies the absence of exclusion grounds and compliance with the selection criteria of the procurement. Associates emphasize the need to carefully follow the procurement procedure and always provide the Procurement Pass in a timely manner and for all the contractual parties.
