Pirkka-Marja Põldvere has been added to the list of recommended arbitrators of the ECCI Arbitration Court
Pirkka-Marja Põldvere, one of the best arbitration specialists in Estonian, has been added to the list of recommended arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce (ECCI). According to the rules of the ECCI Arbitration Court the council of the arbitration court shall publish on the website of the Court of Arbitration a list of recommended arbitrators for the appointment of arbitrators. However, both the parties and the council may appoint as arbitrators also persons who are not on the list. Partner Pirkka-Marja Põldvere has been acting as a member of the council of the ECCI Arbitration Court since February 2019, and the members of the council have elected her to act as vice-chairman of the council. The proposal to appoint Pirkka-Marja Põldvere to the council of the ECCI Arbitration Court was made by the Estonian Bar Association.
