LEADELL Pilv one of the most attractive employers in Estonia
On 11 September 2017 the employer marketing agency Instar in cooperation with the Estonian Resource Management Association PARE organised the Day of Attractive Employers in order to recognise the enterprises which were selected by university students as the most attractive employers in eight categories, including law, economy, IT and medical sector. It is our pleasure to announce that LEADELL Pilv Law Office is highly recognised by Estonian law students and achieved the 5th place among 184 enterprises.
Instar is annually implementing employer reputation research to detect the most attractive employers for students. This year 3,700 students and 16 Estonian universities participated in the research. During the research, students assess their expectations to employers and the attractiveness of the most successful enterprises. As a worldwide trend, the importance of a balance between work and private life can be emphasised, and the popularity of social media is increasing in order to search information about employers.
