LEADELL Pilv Law Office was granted with the Quality Management Certificate of Estonian Bar Association

The management of the Estonian Bar Association has solemnly granted the Quality Management Certificate to LEADELL Pilv Law Office today, at today’s meeting of 24th of January. The certificate was received by managing partner of the office Aivar Pilv.
The Quality Management Certificate of Estonian Bar Association (hereinafter as AKT) is the recognition of the high standards of service and the implementation of the essential (management) processes in a law firm.
The goal of QMC is to increase and to complement the standards of service of law offices. Additionally, it aims to promote the sustainable development of customer service by highlighting three key fields while ensuring the well-being of the customer:
- The correct keeping and conduct of the law office;
- The establishment of favourable environment for high-quality legal services;
- The innovation and continuous development of service solutions, as well as creation and maintaining the relationship with a customer.
