LEADELL brand on the market for 1 successful year
On 25 August 2016, exactly one year ago three Baltic law firms – Aivar Pilv Law Office in Estonia, Fogels, Vītols & Paipa in Latvia, and Balčiūnas & Grajauskas in Lithuania – announced the formation of the new Pan-Baltic alliance LEADELL. Today we are pleased to conclude that the first year under the common brand has been fruitful. We have received a lot of positive feedback from our clients and cooperation partners.
Our practical cooperation has proven strongest in general commercial counselling. We have assisted several clients in cross-border matters regarding corporate law, employment, banking & finance as well as tax counselling and dispute resolution.
The Pan-Baltic alliance of LEADELL has provided a huge mutual benefit to our clients as well as ourselves: numerous projects have been smoothly implemented in the teamwork of the three law offices and clients have shown interest in our regular newsletters.
Furthermore, our recently established representative office in Brussels allows us to expand the range of our services within the EU. Based on the experience of this past year, we feel confident with the continuous growth and strong team development of LEADELL.
The first part of the name LEADELL is the word “lead” and it symbolizes leading clients in the legal field. The second part of the name is the abbreviation ELL that represents Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
