Attorney-at-law Epp Lumiste successfully represented a client in a dispute that lasted for more than 3 years where the claim regarded a demand of fees arising from a software development contract. Tallinn Circuit Court granted the plaintiff’s claim to the extent of approx. 77% and awarded more than 58,000 euros in favour of the plaintiff. In addition to the claim, the court ordered the defendants to pay approximately 77% of plaintiff’s procedural costs. Tallinn Circuit Court’s decision entered into force on 19.09.2022 when the Supreme Court did not accept the appeal against the circuit court decision.
