Atorney-at-law Kaili Rätsepp was appointed to the Labor Law Committee of the Estonian Bar Association.

On March 17, 2026, the Board of the Estonian Bar Association appointed Kaili Rätsepp as a member of the Labor Law Committee for the next three years.
The purpose of the Labor Law Committee is to assist and advise the Bar Association’s bodies and members on issues related to labor law legislation and practice, to analyze relevant legislation and legal practice, and to draft proposals for amendments.
Kaili is also a member of the employment working group of the Estonian Human Resource Management Association (PARE), whose task is to identify critical issues for members in the field of labor law, formulate PARE’s positions on these issues, and find ways to implement those positions.
