We are expanding – Welcome Attorney of Law Kati Tamm!
We are pleased to announce that attorney-at-law Kati Tamm has joined LEADELL Pilv Law Office. She has long experience in various civil and administrative court proceedings. As an attorney, she has consulted and represented clients in cases related to construction law, starting with disputes arising from construction contracts to administrative proceedings regarding construction, including re construction permits and planning procedures. Her contact with administrative proceedings goes back to her previous work in Consumer Protection Board. She has also helped to solve contractual disputes, including many disputes about the real estate defects in sales contracts, this both as representative of a seller and of a buyer. Kati has also worked with solving legal issues regarding intellectual property, including legal rights of the author of architectural work.
