Dispute resolution Aivar Pilv Law Office defended Saarek and a member of its management board against allegations of tax fraud, and acted for Eesti Inimõiguste Keskus in a dispute with the Estonian refugees’ detention centre, including Supreme Court proceedings to explain the terms of detention for refugees.
