LEADELL Pilv Law Office attorneys continue to work in the committees of Bar Association

We are pleased to announce that LEADELL Pilv Law Office attorneys have been re-elected as the members of the committees of Estonian Bar Association. Managing partner Aivar Pilv continues as a member of the fundamental rights committee, partner Pirkka-Marja Põldvere as a member of the commercial law committee and attorney-at-law Anneli Aab as a member of the intellectual property and IT law committee.
The committees have been formed based on the Estonian Bar Association rules of procedure art 6 (1) as advisory bodies in respective field. The purpose of their activity is to analyze the current law, practice and draft legislation and to make their own proposals for the development of legislation and practice on the basis thereof.
