It is wrong to remain silent about harassment

Attorney-at-law Epp Lumiste speaks in the article that unwanted behaviour must be observed from the victim’s point of view and the employee should immediately contact the employer, so that the employer could take necessary steps. If the employee suffers in silence, then the employer may not be avare that the employee is being harassed. The employer definetly has an obligation to prevent situations that may be harrasing for the employee.
