Article „Work ability reform was accompanied by number of amendments in tax laws“ by Epp Lumiste
In the 6th issue of the financial magazine Raamatupidamisuudised an article „Work ability reform was accompanied by number of amendments to tax laws“ by attorney-at-law Epp Lumiste was published.
The article is providing a short overview of the amendments to tax laws that entered into force in Estonia in the second half of 2016. The author is handling the amendments to the Taxation Act, Income Tax Act, Value-Added Tax Act and Social Tax Act but is also covering the Employment Contracts Act and Land Tax Act. According to the author, most of the amendments are of technical or specifying character but there are also conceptual changes in the rights and authorisations of the tax authority.
