Attorneys-at-law Aivar Pilv and Marko Pilv successfully represented the client in a court dispute which lasted for nearly 5 years over the validity of the lease and cooperation agreement. The courts granted the client’s claim in full and ordered the former tenant, who unjustifiably continued to use the business premises, to pay a debt of nearly 500 000 euros, together with interest for late payment, ordered the defendant to vacate the premises and to bear all the costs of the proceedings.
