If there is suspicion that a will is invalid\u2014for example, if it has been forged or drawn up by a person with legal capacity issues\u2014the heirs may contest the will in court within the time limits prescribed by law and apply for security for the claim. To this end, handwriting analysis and forensic psychiatric examinations of the deceased are carried out, among other things. Our firm specializes in various complex inheritance disputes in court. We have successfully defended heirs in court. Unfortunately, in recent years, there have been cases of abuse and inappropriate treatment of elderly people’s assets. In some places, the system works quite well against such cases, but in others, prevention and protection could be improved to more effectively prevent damage and danger to both the testator and the heirs.<\/p>\n
