Attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/leadell.ee\/en\/attorneys\/kailiratsepp\/\">Kaili R\u00e4tsepp<\/a> gave the hard-working high school students an overview of the basics of labor law and talked about what they will encounter in practice when starting their working lives. The young people took away from the workshop knowledge about why it is necessary to sign an employment contract and that even seasonal workers are entitled to holiday pay in addition to their wages on their last day of work.<br \/>\nThe participants showed considerable interest in labor law, which demonstrates how important it is to raise awareness of one&#8217;s rights and responsibilities in the labor market at an early stage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On November 25, 2025, Saku High School held a career day.
