Tartu county court issued a judgement recently whereby it dismissed a claim against a real estate developer, a client of LEADELL Pilv Law Office. The enforcement proceedings related dispute was legally complicated with no prior court practice to rely on. In the end, the court agreed with the arguments submitted by Pirkka-Marja P\u00f5ldvere<\/a> and concluded that ordering the client to pay ca EUR 800\u00a0000 would, considering the circumstances of the case, be against the good faith principle.<\/p>\n

The judgement may be appealed.<\/p>\n
