Partner Pirkka-Marja P\u00f5ldvere<\/strong><\/a> will be presenting at this week’s Swedish Arbitration Days, together with colleagues from different countries, in an opening panel on the topic “Where to LEARN digital evidence”. They will discuss who owns evidence, how to access it, whether searching for evidence nowadays requires specialised technical knowledge, etc. The panel will also discuss how to find evidence. In addition, the question of how this is all regulated in different countries and what is the practice in different countries.<\/p>\n

The next five panels will address digital evidence issues from other angles in international arbitration: Can the data be USED? Can data be used? Can data be FORGERED, and how can counterfeiting be detected and what can be done about it? Can the data\/evidence be PEIT?<\/p>\n
