Attorneys-at-law <a href=\"http:\/\/apilv.ee\/en\/team\/pirkka-marja-poldvere\/\"><strong>Pirkka-Marja P\u00f5ldvere <\/strong><\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/apilv.ee\/en\/team\/marko-pilv\/\"><strong>Marko Pilv <\/strong><\/a>also provided legal assistance in this court proceeding.<\/p>\n<p>With the decision from 25 January 2016, the Tallinn Circuit Court refused to change the decision of the Harju County Court from 11 May 2015 which satisfied the claim of the entrepreneur Alexander Kofkin against journalists Kadri Paas, Katariina Krjut\u0161kova and their company Vaba Kiri O\u00dc regarding the publication of incorrect data in the book entitled \u201eAndrus Ansip \u2013 halva iseloomuga tark poiss\u201c. The Tallinn Circuit Court in its resolution agreed with the Harju County Court and also established that incorrect data has been published in the above-mentioned book about A.
