As of today, both the county court and circuit court have verified Eesti Ekspress’s factual statements and inappropriate values published by Krister Kivi in the article “TV show about helping the poor made Kristi Nilov a wealthy person” and agreed with Kristi Loigo that both incorrect factual statements and inappropriate values have been published in the referred article regarding Kristi Loigo. Therefore, Kristi Loigo’s action against Eesti Ekspress was upheld to a large extent, including compensation for damage and proceeds received through infringment.<\/p>\n
