International publication Who\u2019s Who Legal (WWL) \u00a0and Global Arbitration Review (GAR) has recognised Pirkka-Marja P\u00f5ldvere<\/a>, a partner of LEADELL Pilv Law Office, in the category Arbitration Future Leader 2020 (see https:\/\/whoswholegal.com\/pirkka-marja-poldvere<\/a>).<\/p>\n

WWL and GAR’s research identifies the world’s best arbitration lawyers, who come highly recommended for their expertise in resolving complex international disputes. In addition, we highlight the leading expert witnesses, selected for their excellence across a wide range of matters, and the top Future Leaders aged 45 and under. Pirkka-Marja P\u00f5ldvere<\/a> is one of the best arbitration specialists in Estonia, participating in arbitrations both as counsel and as arbitrator.\u00a0She is the vice-chair of the Board of the Arbitration Court of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 2017 the Republic of Estonia designated her to serve on the Panel of Arbitrators maintained by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes – ICSID (2017-2023). She has also written commentaries on ca 2\/3 of the paragraphs on arbitration included in the annotated edition of the Estonian Code of Civil Procedure.
