LEADELL Pilv Law Office has decided to close down the Tartu branch and continue providing legal services in the main office founded in Tallinn already in 1993. Although the main place of activity is Tallinn, full package of services are provided throughout Estonia and together with the Latvian and Lithuanian colleagues under the LEADELL brand also in other countries. Our lawyers have been highly recognised in Estonia as well as international level in the areas of dispute resolution, corporate and contract law, taxation, etc. We also have specialists with considerable experience in planning and construction, medical field, intellectual property law, and public procurements. The law office is actively dealing with family law matters.<\/p>\n

According to Aivar Pilv<\/a>, managing partner of the LEADELL Pilv Law Office, the decision of the partners to end the activities of the Tartu branch was formed as a result of long and comprehensive analysis, considering the developments and changes of the legal market as well as the economic results. Aivar Pilv explained that during last 10-15 years significant developments have taken place in the society and the economic environment, but mostly in the IT field, which have also changed the previous behaviour of people. Already for a longer period it has been clearly visible that the choices of clients in finding a legal representative are not influenced by the location of the service provider and closeness to the client, especially considering the size of Estonia and mobility of people.
