Based on the 08.10.2018 ruling of the Estonian Supreme Court, the highest court decided not to take into proceeding a cassation in criminal case No. 1-17-2185 by the South District Prosecutor\u2019s Office. Thus\u00a0a judgment of the Tartu District Court dated 21.05.2018 entered into force founding\u00a0a long-term governor of Tartu municipality and member of municipality council Aivar Soop\u00a0not guilty in accusations of corruption.
