The aim of the corporate law committee is to assist and counsel the bodies and members of the bar association in corporate law, competition and bankruptcy matters and respective legislation and court practice; the committee is analysing necessary legal acts and case law and preparing proposals for legal amendments.<\/p>\n<p>Managing partner <a href=\"https:\/\/leadell.ee\/en\/attorneys\/aivar-pilv\/\">Aivar Pilv<\/a>\u00a0continues as a member of the fundamental rights committee and senior associate <a href=\"https:\/\/leadell.ee\/en\/attorneys\/anneli-aab\/\">Anneli Aab <\/a>continues as a member of the IP &amp; IT law committee.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Partner Pirkka-Marja P\u00f5ldvere has been appointed as a new member of the corporate law committee at the Estonian Bar Association.
