P\u00f5ltsamaa Felix has used the composition of Ivar Must without his consent for more than 20 years without paying any remuneration to the author.<\/p>\n<p>An author has the sole right to use his or her work and determine the form and extent of use by others. The Copyright Act is also clearly establishing that an author has the right to obtain remuneration for the use of the author\u2019s work by other persons.
