Attorney-at law\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/leadell.ee\/en\/attorneys\/tambet-laasik\/\">Tambet Laasik<\/a>\u00a0gave a lecture on the <strong>\u201eCivil liability of doctors\u201c<\/strong> focusing on the legal relations between doctors and patients, introducing the main principles of doctor\u2019s liability and advising on how to avoid conflicts and prevent court disputes. Attorney-at-law and partner\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/leadell.ee\/en\/attorneys\/britta-oltjer\/\">Britta Oltjer<\/a>\u00a0talked about the\u00a0<strong>\u201ePractical examples of civil liability cases\u201c<\/strong> introducing various court resolutions related to the provision of health care services. Attorney-at-law and partner\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/leadell.ee\/en\/attorneys\/urmas-korgesaar\/\">Urmas K\u00f5rgesaar<\/a>\u00a0took a closer look at the <strong>\u201eCriminal liability of doctors\u201c<\/strong> explaining the essence and bases of doctors\u2019 criminal liability and providing an overview of related case law. Additionally the topic of processing and publishing personal data upon providing medical care was presented by attorney-at-law <a href=\"https:\/\/leadell.ee\/en\/attorneys\/anneli-aab\/\">Anneli Aab<\/a>\u00a0who gave a lecture on the\u00a0<strong>\u201eProblems related to protection of personal data\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 14 June 2017 the medical law seminar of the LEADELL Pilv Law Office took place at the Ida-Tallinna Keskhaigla.
