The general principles of doctor\u2019s liability are introduced as well as guidelines for avoiding conflicts and court disputes.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar is focusing on legal relations between doctors and patients, practical examples on civil law liability and cases will be also shown. We speak about the essence of doctor\u2019s liability based on penal law and provide an overview of court practice.
