This year the main theme of the conference is \u201eTaking a Close Look at Today\u2019s Arbitral Process and Who Pays for It\u201c and presentations are given by many well-known practitioners around Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow, on 19 May 2017, Pirkka is attending the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.koda.ee\/en\/events\/international-arbitration-conference2017\">3rd International Arbitration Conference <\/a>organised by the Arbitration Court of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Arbitral processes in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Finland and Sweden are presented and analysed at the conference as well as the legal requirements for arbitral processes, recognition and enforcement of arbitral court decisions.
