Additionally the standpoints established by court are introduced with regard to the liability of board member and practical recommendations with possible solutions are provided to the participants. Lectures are given by attorneys-at-law Britta Oltjer and Jaak Siim of the LEADELL Pilv Law Office.<\/p>\n<p>The language of the seminar in Estonian.
