Some analysists have already expressed their opinion that competition in real estate sector is becoming extremely high. Therefore, upon selecting the premises, entrepreneurs as renters should not forget that there are many lessors and just as many different lease contracts.<\/p>\n<p>Besides prescribing the obligation to pay rent, the lease contracts nowadays may also include number of inconvenient additional clauses. For example, the possibilities of the renter to terminate a contract concluded for a specified term may be very limited or even non-existing.
