Since the new Public Procurement Act is significantly extending the regulation for changing procurement contracts, the presentation gives an overview of the amendments of the act regarding the change of regulation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eEesti Ehituskonverents 2016\u201c is an annual construction conference held for the 14<sup>th<\/sup> time gathering decision makers and practitioners of the area. This year the conference is focused on the changes in construction sector, future development and trends in 2017.
