The surrounding reality has significantly changed during this period and therefore it is necessary to speak already about the revision of Commercial Code. Law amendments presume the mapping of problems, understanding of the actual needs of entrepreneurs as well as knowledge on how the countries who we see as role models have reached the same goals. The conference was seeking for answers to these questions.
