On 24 November 2015 the Aivar Pilv Law Office in cooperation with accounting magazine Raamatupidamisuudised organised a seminar regarding private limited companies where attorney-at-law and partner Jaak Siim <\/strong><\/a>participated as a lecturer.<\/p>\n

Recently the Estonian Supreme Court made some long-waited decisions regarding the topical issues of whether and on what conditions it is allowed to purchase management and consultation services from the so-called \u201eone man companies\u201c and when are the contracts for such services due to their economic content classified as contracts of board members or employment contracts with the related taxation consequences. The court practice has been followed by boiling discussions that will probably continue for quite some time.<\/p>\n

At the seminar attorney-at-law Jaak Siim provided an overview of the disputable issues and the recent court practice, possible solutions and future perspectives.<\/p>\n
