The attorneys-at-law feel that the Estonian state has made a miscalculation upon terminating the activities of Estonian Air, enabling the creditors to submit claims for compensation of damages from the company. In order to avoid various solutions resulting in the submission of individual claims of creditors to court, the attorneys-at-law recommend to gather the claims of different creditors of Estonian Air and to consider submitting a common\u00a0 claim for compensation.
