On 3 November 2016 attorney-at-law Britta Oltjer will have a presentation \u201ePossibilities to change procurement contract in the light of new law\u201c at the public procurement conference \u201ePossibilities and challenges 2017\u201c taking place in Tallinn.<\/p>\n

Since the new Public Procurement Act is significantly extending the regulation for changing procurement contracts, Britta Oltjer will provide an overview on the recent law amendments, and whether or to what extent it is allowed to change procurement contracts in the light of the new law.<\/p>\n

The authors of the Public Procurement Act, well-known attorneys, lawyers and procurement specialists of Estonia will attend the seminar. The conference will focus on the transition period rules, general background of the amendments as well as the solutions of current bottlenecks and other specific amendments.<\/p>\n
